You can park around the corner in Parking garage Gooiland, Koningshof 1.
Can I park for free at the hotel?
Gooiland parking garage is not owned by Gooiland. Therefore it is not free. You can, however, go to our reception for an exit ticket of 9.50 euros. The exit ticket is valid for 24 hours.
From what time can I check in?
You can check in with us from 3 p.m. Of course you can safely deposit all your luggage with us before then. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. If we will not hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and charge the costs.
What time do I have to check out?
You must check out no later than 11 a.m. Would you like to use the room a little longer? That is possible. For 35 euros you can extend the check-out time from Monday to Saturday to 1 p.m. and on Sunday to 3 p.m. We need to check availability in advance.
When can I have breakfast?
Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Our breakfast costs 17.50 euros per person per day.
How can I pay at the reception?
We accept cash, bank cards and all types of credit cards at our hotel.
Do you have baby beds available?
We have baby beds to use free of charge. We kindly request booking the baby bed in advance so we can prepare it.
Am i allowed to bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Do you have a service dog? He is of course welcome on presentation of the papers.
Is it possible to rent a bicycle at your hotel?
Yes. You can rent a bicycle for 13.50 euros per day. We recommend to book in advance or to inquire at our reception about availability. Do you want to rent an electric bicycle? That is possible, but it must be reserved in advance. Electric bicycles cost 29,50 euros per day.
Is it possible to store my bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, you can safely store your bicycle with us. Please contact our reception for this.
Which corona measures have you taken?
We have taken various measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus:
- we have tightened up our protocols for cleaning and hygiene;
- we regularly disinfect contact surfaces such as door handles, lift buttons and stair railings;
- there are disinfectant dispensers in the public areas;
- everyone entering our hotel needs to wear a mouthcap in public areas like the lobby, public toilets and the hallways
- to guarantee the 1.5 meter distance rule, the routing is indicated with floor stickers;
- we ask all our guests to provide us your QR-code at check in;
- we closely follow the procedures for dealing with colleagues and guests;
- we follow the guidelines and recommendations of the government.
Is your reception open 24 hours a day?
Yes. Check-in is from 3 pm. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. If we do not hear from us, we reserve the right to cancel the reserved room and charge the costs.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
We are not wheelchair accessible, but if you contact us in advance, we can make a number of adjustments (use of threshold assistance).
Can I use WiFi?
Yes, you can use our WiFi free of charge throughout the hotel.

No, we do not have room service.
Do you have a restaurant?
ROEFF, the nicest pop-up roof terrace in Hilversum, is open again! From Wednesday to Sunday you can go here on sunny days for the most delicious cocktails, delicious snacks and the very best place to enjoy the sun. Your room has a view of ROEFF, which means you can enjoy the cosiness on the terrace at certain times. If you have any questions about this, you can always contact our reception.
