Can I park for free at the hotel?
You can get your free parking ticket at our reception!
From what time can I check in?
You can check in with us from 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Of course you can safely deposit all your luggage with us before then.
What time do I have to check out?
Check out is until 11:00 am. Would you like to use the room a little longer? That is possible. For 35 euros you can extend the check-out time to 1:00 pm. We need to check availability in advance.
When can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served in our hotellobby. On weekdays, our breakfast buffet is opened from 7:00 am until 10:00 am. On saturdays and sundays, our breakfast is served from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. Our breakfast costs 9,50 euros per person per day.
How can I pay at the reception?
We accept bank cards and all types of credit cards at our hotel.
Do you have baby beds available?
We have baby beds to use free of charge. We kindly request booking the baby bed in advance so we can prepare it.
Am i allowed to bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Do you have a service dog? He is of course welcome on presentation of the papers.
Is it possible to rent a bicycle at your hotel?
Yes. You can rent a bicycle for 16.00 euros per day. We recommend to book in advance or to inquire at our reception about availability.
Is it possible to store my bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, you can safely store your bicycle with us. Please contact our reception for this.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
We are not wheelchair accessible, but if you contact us in advance, we can make a number of adjustments (use of threshold assistance).
Can I use WiFi?
Yes, you can use our WiFi free of charge throughout the hotel.
Do you have room service?
Yes, we have room service. From 07:00 am until 11:00 pm you can order everything from our barmenu.
Is there a fitness room?
Yes, we have a gym in our hotel that our guests can use free of charge. Please let the reception know if you would like to use our fitness room.
